Here are a few things you might have questions about.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept
Paypal, inwhich you do not have to join them but you may use any type of credit
card, debit card, or existing funds to make payment for your order. We will also
accept money orders and checks, products will ship once payment is received and if
paid by a personal check, orders will ship once the check clears. If you prefer to pay
via money order or check, you will be given the address and complete total after the
order is placed via email from us. We use a secure checkout for your safety
How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship within approximately 10-14 days after your approval of the proof.
Please allow additional time for large orders of up to two weeks. Please see shipping
link for shipping prices. If you are an international customer, email us so we can
email you the correct amount of shipping before checking out please.
Will a proof be emailed to me?
After placing your order, a text proof based on the information given in the check out
will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours for your approval. Certain items such as
backpacks, honey, coffee, tea, some mints, shirts, glass and silver favors, Throws,
photo chocolates, candle labels, soap tags and kiss labels do not have proofs
available. When checking out, please use an email address that you check
frequently as that will be the email address
we will email the proof to.
Is the Candy Included?
For some items, yes the candy is included. For items that say labels only then it will
be just labels. We can do all our items with or without candy so if you need it
included and don't see that option, just email us.
How to wrap the candy with the wrappers?
If you are just purchasing wrappers, directions will be included on how to wrap the
candy. All our items are very easy to assemble and we will provide you additional
information if needed.
Return and Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our items, we have a no return policy. If
we have made the error, then your order will be redone and shipped to you at no
charge. We email proofs of our (most) items and you have the final say before they
are printed to eliminate errors.
Customer Service
If you have a question about placing an order, your order or our products, please

24 hours or less.
Privacy Policy
We ensure that we will not share your personal information with anyone outside the
company. It will only be used for shipping and promotional emails if you request them.
Tax
Residents of Michigan, tax will be charged at 6% during checkout.
Security
Your order is placed through a secure website to protect your personal and payment
information.
Special Orders
If you have something special in mind and don't see it, email us and we will try our
